Went for a bit of razzle dazzle today in this gold mini skirt with zip features.
And of course, what better thing to pair it with then a gold studded leather jacket! Are you getting sick of seeing it yet? What about the over-the-knee boots? I’ve been living in them since my parents gave them to me on my birthday last week. If you’re not fond of your knees but like wearing skirts and dresses they are the perfect cover-up!
I’ll let you in on some great news about these boots; they are currently on sale for a killer price! Mum tried on a beautiful honey tan coloured pair a couple of weeks ago in Zu and they were $250. She ummmed and ahhed but resisted the urge to buy them, which turned out to be the best decision, because a week later the price was slashed and she snapped up a pair for $75! Then she spread the generosity in my direction. It’s worth a look in the store as there are some other great boots and shoes on sale.
I’ve been waiting to hear if I’m working on a few television commercials next week. So far it’s a no for two out of three. Think I’ll drown my disappointment with some chocolate ice cream tonight! I’m so glad I didn’t start in the TV and film industry any earlier because you really do need a thick skin and it pays to be confident in who you are.
