Hooray, only six days until spring! That’s something we Melburnians get very excited about, particularly after such a long, cold winter.
We are being teased this week with the sun shining and the temperature climbing towards 20 degrees. But there’s still time to give our fabulous coats a run . . . in fact, now is the time to pick up gorgeous coats on sale, like this shapely Caroline Morgan number.
This pastel pink coat is my new fave! If you look after them – and this one is proving a little tricky to keep pristine – they will reward you for years to come. A perfect example is the red Very Very coat with black fur trim which takes pride of place in my wardrobe. It was an investment and proves its mettle every single winter by garnering great comments and always being de rigueur.
I’ve paired my pink coat with these baby blue Zara jeans and H&M boots.
Jazzed up this Izabel London top with a scarf I unearthed in an op shop for $1. The back of the top speaks for itself.
Arm candy anyone? I could easily have slipped on a silver cuff or bangle and taken the conservative way but you know how it goes . . . girls just want to have fun!
