Most stylists will tell you it doesn’t matter but if you’ve ever watched a professional colour consultant in action, you’ll know it does.
I’m a ‘winter’ so I really should have a white top on and maybe gold on the lower half. Wearing the right colours can make you look super hot – glowing eyes, luscious hair and smooth skin – the wrong ones drain your face and highlight dark circles and imperfections.
If you can afford it, a session with a colour consultant is worth every cent. But don’t sweat it if you can’t, just try on different coloured tops and take photos of yourself and you will start to see what works best on you.
I watched my big boy zoom around on the basketball court this morning and burn off a tonne of energy. His team was fantastic in their first game of the season.
