Orange is still oh, so hot but some of you might be thinking you can never go there.
Well I’m here to say that yes indeed you can! You can start by taking the softly softly approach and trying a hint of tangerine on your nails. Or you could splash out on some jewellery.
If you’re keen to keep the bright hue away from your face then try it in shorts, a skirt or pants.
If you’re fashion savvy you’ll know that multi-colored and mixed texture shoes are so hot right now. That means you could pick up a strappy pair of shoes with just a hint of orange.
If you’re the ultimate intrepid fashionista then go head to toe like I did in this sheer Valleygirl ruffled dress. Orange isn’t my best color which is why tinted moisturiser was my best friend – a lick of bright lipstick should have been my next go to.
If you’re wondering what to wear orange with navy blue is a guaranteed hit and creates an edgy look (fortunately the navy blue nailpolish hasn’t started chipping yet!). If you want to look fresh and summery then white is another excellent match. I’ve also been known to wear it with hot pink, turquoise, light blue and black. If you’re really adventurous, mixing and matching various citrus colors can look fab. You’re only hampered by your imagination.
This $3 Diva cuff is bang on trend.
Fortunately I had these triangle Diva earrings on hand.
Tan-colored shoes are enjoying a moment in the spotlight and paired with orange, are more in vogue than ever. And now you’re Looking Good Girls!
