There’s nothing like an inspired idea at 6.30am when it’s still dark. And that’s exactly what this little outfit was.
The sequinned Ally skirt was already a frontrunner for the day but when I pulled out this perforated blouse I wasn’t sure if it would make a great companion – but the proof is always in the trying on!
Boxy tops are currently in vogue but I’m avoiding the trend. If designers insist on making women look ugly by creating such unflattering shapes, I’ll be steering clear! But I am a big fan of the perforated look.
I’ve had the most refreshing morning with a gorgeous group of gals from my Women United church group. Watching gifts being uncovered and developed in each of these precious ladies is so exciting and fulfilling. I just adore their soft, open hearts and willingness to care and pray for one another.
