Took a bit of time out from stress central today and kicked back at one of my favourite beaches.
I really should be packing boxes and house hunting as we have to move before Christmas but I’m struggling to even start. And when Mum offered to whisk me off down the peninsula for a picnic and a rummage in an op shop I couldn’t resist!
This Striking dress with its on-trend chambray denim, dainty florals and sheer ruffles was perfect for such a beautiful warm day. I toughened the look with black sandals.
Thanks to my burgeoning handbag collection (they are spilling out of a large suitcase) I’m never short of a matching bag like this blue Sportsgirl hobo.
I landed a television commercial Saturday night and had a ball doing it; I’ll let you know when it’s on. The job was definitely by divine appointment as I ended up talking to a guy during filming who has struggled with drug and alcohol addictions and spent a year in jail a long time ago. We basically discussed how much God loves him and that he has a plan and purpose for his life. It was extraordinary that’s for sure.
The warm weather isn’t sticking around – we’ll be back in layers and boots tomorrow. And now you’re Looking Good Girls!
“Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again.” Psalm 71:20.
