Don’t you just love Sunday’s, specially sunny ones!
Mum is visiting my grandparents so we surprised Dad by rocking up at his church, then taking him on a picnic to a terrific park in Mornington.
So many families were out and about and I met a lovely Mum of three who I spent most of the afternoon gas-bagging with. We swapped numbers and have already planned our first latte together. Incredibly, her daughter went to the same kinder as my oldest boy, but they were in different groups so we never met. And they now go to the same school, only different campuses! That’s what I call a God-incidence!
I was planning to change into shorts and a flowing top but being the true fashionista (the truth is I couldn’t be bothered changing) I ended up swanning around in this knit dress, which I picked up in an op shop for a few dollars. Revved up the look with my favourite Lorna Jane neon pink tank (my only one actually!), and matching Forever New fluoro earrings.
I painted my nails neon pink last night and made the outfit work around that color. Now if I want to wear red tomorrow . . .
Guess handbag, Nine West heels, Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses.
