From now on I’m going to call goodies from the op shop ‘vintage’. It sounds much more polished, and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about because of the ridiculously low prices.
So lets see how we go! I’m in love with these beige lace-up ‘vintage’ booties, which cost $3. I scored these babies and the skater-style skirt (also $3 and brand new with the tag still intact) on Friday. I love the on-trend print and the zips at the front.
You can wear these boots folded over but I like them left up. I’ll be wearing them with short, floaty dresses this summer (not when it’s too hot) and tights and leggings in winter.
To escape the heat, Mum and I took off with the little rascals to Pt Leo beach but along the way we stopped at an op shop. After a brief rummage we found some fabulous vintage goodies which I’ll show you soon. Mum was being her usual generous self and throwing the cash around.
We also picked up a cricket bat, wickets, and figurine toys, which kept the boys amused for hours at the beach. It was a beautiful start to a two month holiday.
I rocked this outfit to church today, including this Denim For Only People tank and Diva earrings. Accentuated the black and mauve-pink in the skirt with the bangles. And now you’re Looking Good Girls!
