If you’re keen to give leather pants a try but you’re feeling timid then layering over them is a great way to get started. Flash a bit of leg but cover up the areas that don’t need, ah-hem, shall we say accentuating!
I’ve styled mine with a long top with an asymmetrical hem, which allows perfect coverage front and back.
A top with a twist – exposed shoulders and arms, embellished with gold studs.
Top-to-toe black is heavy for spring so I threw in some citrus brights, including this peplum hem jacket and Nine West orange lace-up wedges.
And an outfit is never complete until it’s topped off with some jewels.
I’m not sure which has the better stud envy – the top or the orange cuff! It all looks pretty dangerous and could be good for warding off weirdos in the street. I’m bang in the middle of cooking chicken and sweet corn soup so I better get back to it. Hope you have a fantastic week.
“Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, through the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.” Habakkuk 3:17.
