As the temperature plunged to 15 degrees I reached for the winter woollies and came up with this . . . baby blue and grey striped wool dress, which is a bit of a change from jeans. The grey wool Target jacket is beautifully made and a top $10 bargain from the op shop.The microsuede lace-up boots are great with a dress or over jeans. Total cost of this outfit . . . under $25!
