Polka dots happen to be hot right now (again) and the broderie anglaise ruffle at the top and hem is very much in vogue.
Top international designer Marc Jacobs – at the helm of fashion powerhouse Louis Vuitton – sent models down the runway this year in feminine broderie anglaise dresses, placing the look firmly on the fashion radar.
But I beat him to it! I discovered this strapless bargain last year on a sales rack at some obscure shop I don’t know the name of. Don’t be afraid to rummage through sales racks girls, it’s all about seeing the potential.
