I couldn’t believe my luck finding this dress at the Chelsea op shop for under $10. It is very similar in style to the infamous Galaxy dress by French designer Roland Mouret. Labelled ‘that dress’ it was created by its maker to flatter a woman’s body – accentuating the bust and waist – with the sleek pencil skirt flowing beautifully along the hips and legs. Ahhhh, maybe one day I can afford the real thing! I covered up with my favourite red winter coat, a beautiful gift from my generous parents. It cost hundreds and I’ve had it for years and it is always on-trend, particularly the removable black fur. I felt very glamorous wearing this to a ladies leaders breakfast at The Pavilion in Beaumaris today where we had the privilege of hearing the very well-travelled, beautiful, inspiring, and very real and humble Pastor Christine Pringle speak. Her words were gold . . . so inspiring! She will be speaking at Bayside Church Frankston Sunday morning, and at Cheltenham Sunday night.
