This is what I wore to church on Sunday. I couldn’t help myself, I had to dip into the sweetest trend . . . sorbet. This baby pink skirt was the starting point: I picked it up for $4 from Reaper in Southland a few months ago. What a bargain! The pale green blazer was an op shop find for under $10 and was a perfect match with these diamante wedges – an expensive indulgence from Euro Collections in Mt Eliza. When you find something lovely and unique it’s worth spending up. I’ve had these little leather wedges for years and they never disappoint, plus the ankle strap can be removed if you feel like a change. To break this pastel outfit up a bit, I sifted through my vast wardrobe and pulled out this lemon sorbet singlet from Witchery. All that was left to do (aside from making beds, another load of washing, cooking porridge, filling up water bottles and packing snacks and swimming gear for lessons after church!) was to find a couple of matching bangles and a baby pink handbag and voila!
