Hit the beach for a date with hubby today and brought the bling along. After all, my DNA is coded with sequins, bling, fur and leather!
When I first laid eyes on this metallic studded skirt in Bardot it was $130. Fast forward a couple of weeks and there it was on the sales rack, reduced to $30. Faster than I could get a spoonful of Nutella in my mouth, I made it mine.
Grabbed some delicious sushi and plonked ourselves on the boardwalk at a local beach. It was very frugal of us and a lovely pause in the day to invigorate our marriage. We got a little taste of spring today . . . I have maxi dresses, platform wedges & matchy-matchy lace outfits just waiting to get out of my wardrobe for a run. But as the clouds descended it was time to race home and rug up. Looks like I can put the pedicure off for a bit longer! It’s looking good for the weekend . . . enjoy.
