Dresses, dresses and more dresses! My wardrobe is bursting at the seams with them after the huge invasion at the shops this summer. The lengths have been steadily creeping lower with knee length versions and below becoming the look du jour! This blue and white floral number was brand new at the Chelsea Pre-Loved Clothing shop and cost only $8. Sadly, I threw it in the washing machine instead of dry cleaning it and the dye from the blue flowers leaked a little onto the white. The cinched in waist and voluminous skirt is reminiscent of the very ladylike 40s and 50s and once again very fashionable.
I was wrapped to find these bling white sandals in Forever New. They set me back $60 and have already lost one diamante!
The beige and white sandals (pictured below) cost $10. I’ve paired them with a white dress which cost less than $10 from the Chelsea ’boutique’ . I adored the neckline and the feathery detail. It reminds me of a divine Chanel dress I spotted recently in Vogue magazine.
I love the blue & white dress – looks fantastic on you. What a bargin!
