Today my fabulous fashionista’s I’m going to share my top 2 secrets on how to get your body bikini-ready for summer!
It may seem strange talking about this while I’m standing here in a fur coat but the work really needs to start now – while we’re still tucked safely under layers of clothing.
I can tell you for a fact these 2 secrets work, because I’ve started on them this week and I’m already seeing and feeling the results. And no, unfortunately it’s not some quick-fix pill, but it’s very simple!
Drum roll please . . . are you ready for this? My top 2 secrets for shedding weight & getting your body ready for summer are to keep away from chocolate and don’t eat after dinner! Sounds easy right? Well not if snacking on junk food after dinner has become a habit. I’ve been chomping away on M&M’s, Kit-Kat’s and Twisties for a few months and the result is a belly! I’m 100% positive the power-walking has prevented celllulite & other wobbly bits. For those of you rolling your eyes already, I can tell you it works – I’ve rediscovered will-power and discipline this week and already the belly is shrinking.
This is candy of a different kind, which won’t damage your body or your bank account!
From my experience, part of getting your body bikini-ready – or at the very least, ready to bare some leg under a caftan – involves eating healthy, nutritious meals throughout the day. And I’m proof that eating an apple a day is important – as soon as I skip one, I get sugar cravings later in the day and start hunting down chocolate like a heat-seeking missile.
Some other simple things I do include drinking plenty of water – when you’re hydrated you’re less likely to mistake it for hunger and start snacking. And I try not to overthink food – the more you start thinking and talking about it, the more you want to eat. The same goes with cooking shows – watching them just makes me hungry! I’m off to grab an apple . . .
