I got all dressed up and almost had no place to go this morning!
My car wouldn’t start so I had to cancel a doctor’s appointment (nothing serious) then call the RACV to jump-start me (my car that is – although I desperately needed a jump-start after the morning’s antics with my oldest son).
So we headed off to pick-up a last-minute birthday present for my bro and there was absolute silence in the car (a miracle I assure you). But it didn’t last, and before I’d set foot in the local shopping centre the nagging began. Only three more weeks of holidays! I’m seriously considering robbing a bank and taking off to the Maldives.
There is a happy ending to this tale of woe! The boys were shipped off to the movies with my mother-in-law and I set a record pace grocery shopping alone. Now I’m in my latest Tigerlily bikini, I’ve cleaned the pool, and I have a fashion magazine, cup of tea and a very comfy chair waiting for me under the umberella. Someone might have to come over and scrape me off the chair later! Happy holidaying.
It’s a shame to hide your waist if you have one. However, if you want to disguise it, a loose and flowing top like this one is a good start.
Love the lace on the back, oops, should have pulled the bra down.
Vintage leather skirt, Dotti satin & lace top.
An embellished cuff would pull on such a delicate satin top so I opted for an interesting ring. Color on nails – Butter London’s Trout Pout.
Love these vintage babies. And now you’re Looking Good Girls!
