I am officially in love with tutu dresses!
So far this is the closest thing I have to a tutu and I’m really enjoying wearing it. I tried on a few dresses with fuller tutu’s earlier this week but none were quite right. Then I walked into the op shop and this little blessing was waiting for me!
Who could forget the nude pink tutu skirt (below) made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker on Sex and the City (I didn’t watch the television series but I saw the movies on a couple of big girly nights).
I wonder if the new mums at school have enjoyed the fashion parade so far this week! I met a new prep mum who said she’d seen me at the school last year . . . oh! Maybe she noticed me because of my daring fashion choices. Let me put it this way . . . she was wearing three-quarter denim jeans and a t-shirt; I was trotting around in this silver and black tutu dress!
My feet were begging for comfort so I left the strappy Wittner heels at home and slipped into some black strappy sandals which I also scored at the op shop on freedom celebration day. They were brand new and had my name on them!
I’m loving these silver earrings and the price was even better – $3 in Diva. And now you’re Looking Good Girls!
