There’s nothing quite like relaxing by the water; it’s the perfect therapy.
Mum and I blew down (thanks to the gusty, strong wind) to a favourite surf beach for a picnic. And wouldn’t you know it – we were almost there when my agent asked if I could work on a new television show being filmed in the city this morning! I couldn’t have made it on time if I’d tried so we hit the sand for some chilaxing instead.
I love the look of boots with a summery dress, it’s a perfect combo for this weather which is struggling to warm up. My wardrobe is bursting at the seams with summery frocks but this white Cotton On number is a favourite thanks to the detailed top.
As promised, I painted my nails the perfect pink to match my jacket! It’s amazing what a lick of nailpolish can do – as the name implies – it helps you look polished! When I rocked up to school one of my favourite mums had lipstick and nailpolish on – a test run for a big event in the city. And she looked fabulous! She’s normally running around after horses, sheep, dogs and chickens on her farm which leaves little time for girly pampering.
